Christmas is coming fast! I've already sent presents out to my girlfriend Jocelyn. They should arrive just in time. My brother and I travel 8 hours back home to Fort Frances on Thursday after work. Christmas is going weird this year with all that's happened to my poor Grandma who is now living in Rainy Crest. Regardless of everything I look forward to seeing everyone and going home. I hope Jocelyn loves my gifts! :) Merry Christmas homies!

Stoked
This Saturday I will wake up, then drive to Winnipeg. At 6:30PM I will be hopping on a direct Air Canada flight all the way to Ottawa. Here I will meet my girlfriend. After a long hug and many kisses we shall return to her place for 9 days.

Life Update!
Where to begin.....hmmm... Well my last post was about a autographed Kosten deck. Since then I was expecting it's arrival. After much delay I called The Berrics to see what the hold up was. Turns out Koston was outta the country for the month and couldn't autograph the board. So I settled on a Chris Cole Battle Commander deck signed by, Salman Agah, Billy Marks and Steve Berra. Pretty awesome. Then! like a month later the autographed Koston board shows up! For free! Stoked.
So yeah, that's that. What else. Well still working at Equal as parts manager. Still living in Manor. Braden and Barrie are gone now. Jamie leaves this weekend. I'm gonna miss him. Since Braden left my ambition to skate has literally gone out the window. I went to Winnipeg for a weekend trip and skated once or twice here. Nothing major. Kinda sucks. I can feel myself getting fatter.
Now on to the big and exciting news. I have a girlfriend. An amazing lady. A true find. Unlike any other that i've been with in the past. Jocelyn Young. Weird to say so soon, but I love her. Fallen head over heels. We can talk for hours about nothing. She is holding my cousin Samantha in one of previous photos. She is gorgeous (Sam too). She is funny, she is simply amazing. I know that we are like 2400kms apart as she lives in Ottawa basically, but I am going to try my hardest to make this work. I spend a week with her back in Fort for my holidays in August. Also where I popped the question and she agreed to date me. August 22nd. Hahah. Lame? Naaaah! And yeah, I'm going to be flying to visit her next month again, done there. Meet her fam and hang out. I cannot wait. You ever wake up smiling for the same reason everyday? It's refreshing.
Since Jamie is moving out and my brother and I will be left in this small town essentially alone, winter is going to be hard on me I think. I think Ryan (an 18 year old we work with) is going to be moving in when Jamie leaves, but it won't be the same. I'll try to skate in the basement again, but I think I'll be spending lots of time at the gym working out over the winter. Really try to get into some sorta 'shape'. Time will tell. I foresee lots of X-Box Live in the future with Jamie and his girlfriend Sydney also. Nice thing is they will be living in Barrie, so when I go see Jocelyn, it's not too far to go say hello to them also. One big happy family of sorts, haha.
Other news. I bought a truck! A brand fucking new truck. I'm so stoked! I no longer have to worry about my stupid Pathfinder breaking down. It's a 2010 GMC Canyon. 4 Wheel drive. Crew Cab. I love it. It had major hail damage on it from a gnarly storm out here that destroyed every vehicle on two car dealerships lots, but I got it cheap. I figured, I have a good job, this seems hard to pass up, why not! So I dig myself deeper into debt, but such is life.... right? I'm happy. Really happy. Just have to get used to being broke for another 6 years. Yay..... Haha.
Despite all that craziness. Not much is new. I'm trying to put myself out there and meet new people around here. Once Jamie leaves I'm gonna lose my only true friend here, so I best try and make some new ones. That or convince Jocelyn to move in, haha. Kidding!
So yeah. This is what i've been up to. Crazy busy. But all good as per usual. I'm smiling once more and couldn't be happier. I'll try and a keep my updates more frequent and much shorter. I say that lots. Hahah. Goodnight no one. Until next time.
